Spiritual Dryness

Spiritual Dryness is one of the most uncommon experience in a life of the born again believer, Some of the symptoms for this is as follows:

1) Feeling irritate on happenings of our life

2) Feeling like God has been far from us

3) Feeling like everybody has forgotten our needs

4) Feeling like our prayers has been seems unanswered

5) Feeling like not to pray or read bible...!! 

and lots more, So many times devil uses this situation in our life to enforce his thoughts in us and make us down. !! Dont be scared..!!!!

I was so much inspired by the life of the Great man of God "Elijah" the prophet 

A Man of God who is 

Passionate

Persistant

Powerful

Such a Great man of God.!! When he encountered with Jezebel, was all down, broken, lost his hope..!! and asked God to take his life..!! 

I just understood from the life of Elijah that..!! Spiritual Dryness is most common for everyone..!! no matter how great he is 

What could be the reason for this..!!

1) Busy Bodies - Busy with all the ministerial activities as a result the time that you spend with God reduces

2) Un confessed Sin - Unconfessed sin in our life, also makes us to be go into this stage

3) Life Challenges - the day to day encounter with the life happenings can make us to go into this dryness

4) Physicological feeling- it may be related to our thoughts and feelings

5) Intimacy with others other than God - That answers it all..!!

These are some of the reasons that i can mention..!!!

Will i be able to overcome this..!! Yes its possible..!!! 

1) Accept the Reality:

One of the best way to live in this world is to accept the reality what it is, what we are now..!!, so many of us in our lives want to accept the reality, we tend to go ahead the time to change the things and ended up in failure.

Marriage of canan is one of the best example...!!

There was a comotion in the wedding because the wine was over, I love the way Jesus responded to that situation "My time has not yet come" 

Dont go ahead !!! DOnt Race..!!! jus accept and be still..!!! God can change your present for his Glory

2) Appreciate the Moment:

This is one of the most toughest thing...!! Appreciate the moment - thank God for the present situation instead of complaining, Always remember everything happens in our life for a purpose...!!! Romans 8:28

3) Always remember he is in Control:

This is one of the most important that we need to realize, Always remember he is in control..!!! Some times we tend to forget that God is in Control ofour lives.!!! Let me tell you something..!! "if your problem has a begining there is an end" Your lifes problem will be a solution to somebody elses" so remember he is in Control.

4) Activate your Faith:

When Faith comes Fear Goes..!!! have faith..!! 

5) Advance yourselves in praying and bible reading:

Dont stop, but rather increase your prayer time and bible reading..!!! God can do wonders..!!!

Dont concentrate on your present and calculate your future..!! God may be silent to you now..!! every tears is being Counted..!! So be encouraged.!!!!!

True Love - A Small Insight on Valentines Day

Purity once had a name, And beauty once had a face. Life once had a meaning, And once I was safe. Once there was freedom, And once I could laugh. Happinessonce was alive, And once I had another half. Once I shared her love, Once I was by her side, Once I felt I fitted, So quickly that died. Her grace so great, Her beauty so vast, All I ever wanted, Was for it to last. Fate maybe had another plan, Or maybe she had another love, But it all fell apart, The hand too big for the glove. Now it's all died away, Happiness, joy, love; all memories. Now I walk alone in this dark, dark world, With no light to guide my way wanders words does not give pain but a sweet lovable person's slience makes more tear's in heart, with every tear within drowning the heart…
Then I looked back and saw a love so old, still strong and enticing from the days of old. “I have called you my beloved, my love” it said, and through its eyes a longing I felt. A love so vast the universe it dwarfed, and pled for my love with bleeding hands and heart. A beauty that was wise and holy and true was the one who was lifted high for me, this price a purchase of my pardon for me. A fool I felt, am I for waiting, instead of running into its arms and there satiating all that I have ever longed for in this world or next. Now I am safe within the tower of the Rock that does not crumble, the Stronghold never breached the Fortress never broken. The night is not dark with the light of His face, nor does my way wander as He guides my way. He fills me up with reason to live, and smile through it all, my pains and burdens I shed. His voice so sweet like the gentle winds His caress a balm of oil and myrrh. As my heart leaps for joy at the love of my Beloved all that I rue is the length of years lost on longing for something already given. Alas a fool but wiser now, I realize that undone the years may not be but precious now is the knowledge for me, that my Beloved is mine and I am His and now all I long is for this life to drift. And as the boat reaches the other shore I know I will be with the one who gave everything on Heaven and Earth for me…
When my body is cold and my bones are frozen, don’t weep for me for then truly I awake to the joy that is mine till the end of days…
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ ?
The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee.

Eclipse

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…(Heb 12:2a)

One of the safe ways to view an eclipse is to use solar filters or “eclipser’s”. These filters permit only a miniscule fraction of the Sun’s light to pass through them. The result being you can see the sun directly and be assured that your eyesight is intact.

Wearing the eclipser, one finds themselves completely in the dark, for it blocks out all the light. But when one turns their face to the sun, what a sight! The sun shines out as a bright disk, blazing, defying, and challenging the eclipser to blind its glory even when all other things have gone dark.

In Christian life too we need eclipsers. Since the fall, creation lives under a great eclipse. A grand delusion where God is forgotten or replaced. Life has become a burden, people fallen, creation groaning in labor pains, struggling to be released. Just like the insignificant moon blocks the sun, so do meaningless and vain things block out the true light which lights up the heart of men. Petty pleasures and meaningless activities fight for preeminence.

The Bible is the greatest eclipser given to man. It projects God at His glory blocking out feeble imitators. It projects man and his affairs as what they really are. Calling him as dust and grass, with life that measures in the blink of eternity’s eyes, breath and vapor, all his works under the sun vanity. Whether it be the tower of Babel or the empires of Babylon, whether it be the skyscrapers of New York or the European Union, it shows that the Almighty reigns not only in the heavens but also in the affairs of men, sovereign, supreme, unquestionable, irresistible, incomprehensible, mighty, most Holy, terrible in wrath, just, righteous…

And it also shows the love that God has on this mote of dust, that He came down to the dust that He once knelt to give shape and breath, again through death destroy him that had the power of death. It shows how he raises him who has put his trust in Him, illuminating just as the sun illuminates the moon. How He did predestinate, called, justified, glorified… O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God.

Filter your worldview through the Bible and you will find everything else goes dark in the presence of His Marvelous & Glorious Light.
